Just like Britney's "Blackout" album, her only album not to reach number one, had last minute changes. She had sales that was going for her, she was heading for her next number one album but Billboard changed the rules last minute before the week even ended which made her debut at number two. They should have done it on a whole new week, not during the week.

What they did that week was completely fair. I understand that Britney fans are upset her #1 streak was broken, but it would much more unfair to have another album sell 700K copies and be ineligible for the main chart because it was only available at one store. It's irrelevant what week they made the changes.
Anyway, I think IWALY deserved to chart this week, but that the rule should be changed so that seasonal songs don't chart every year, maybe with an exception if they sell enough to make the top 10.
