Ugh, I'm not even from the south; but when I sing it really seems like it. I have ZERO enunviation and I really have a problem not singing in falsetto because it seems to be the only time I sound weird. When I talk; my voice fluctuates from low to high (probably due to puberty LOL) but I just had to post a random thread.

yeah i do, my accent is called "Norteño" (people that live in the north part of Mexico)
and what is different is that we do the "spanglish" thing, is very funny.

I supposedly have no accent. Like we speak like the people on TV here, but my friends have been trying to claim that I picked up a bit of a southern one from being at USC.... I don't believe them.

Every week at work someone asks me if I'm from Mississippi/New York/NorCal/SomeRandomPlace because of my "accent," but I'm not from anywhere but Tucson. I guess I must speak with some sort of an accent, but I don't know what is is.

I speak with a terrible Polish accent in English, but when i speak in Polish my accent is called Mazowe, since i live in a region of Poland called Masovia.

mine is really not bad just a lil bit different

it depends on the words and who im around... when im around my family i have much more of an accent than when im at school or work usually. although if im visiting my family when i come back it takes me longer to kinda drop the accent but i say certain words different than some people... which is probably because my dad says them that way and all.

like Ill say 'warsh' which has been pointed out to me many times.

The pronunciation isn't so much a southern thing as a midland one. In fact, "warsh" is the predominant characteristic of what linguists call America's midland accent. The accent can be found in the swath of the country that extends west from Washington, taking in Maryland; southern Pennsylvania; West Virginia; parts of Virginia; southern Ohio, Indiana and Illinois; most of Missouri; and Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, much of Kansas and west Texas.

I've been told that I have a little of an NYC accent, and I've been told that I have a little of a Latin accent (somehow). I don't really get how, I've lived in the same city all my life, and it's not NYC or in Latin America

Unlike the majority of Staten Island or most of the NYC area, I don't mispronounce words continuously, I don't speak out of my nose, I don't lengthen & my "a"s, and I don't forget to use the letter "r" exists in words like "are"(ahh), "yesterday"(yestahday), and, uh, "sucker" (suckah).

Well everybody has an accent but whatever.

I have a canadian accent obviously. But its def. not as heavy as American TV claims it is
