Neither tbh cause it could've been a way more energetic and exciting performance, but if I had to pick I'd say probably Rihanna, but I still wasn't overly impressed with this performance. Could've been a huge buzz-garnering performance.

That performance is such a hot mess.

Britney didn't look comfortable on stage during the whole performance, and Rihanna was just lazy as hell and half-assed everything. I'm gonna go with neither.
