So, yesterday at my New Year's party someone there had Beats solo HD headphones...and they blew me the hell away. So Now I am pretty much going to buy a pair of them...I just don't know what kind. My best friend has Heartbeats version one, but they hurt my ears.

Does anyone have the Solo Beats HD? Do you like them? I really appreciate your comments if you do, because I'm sure most of you guys are just as strict audiophiles as myself.

The otha ones are so small and are like, on tha outside of your ear, and not covering it.

They were the in-ear headphones, so maybe those are shittier quality, I'm not sure. But yes, while they were around, it was the best audio experience I've ever had.

And the ones that you pictured are 300 dollars, and I couldn't really justify spending THAT much money on them.

How did they feel in your ear? My main beef with the Heartbeats was the impossibility of getting them in my ear correctly.

In-Ears don't have the same effects as headphones. I'm pretty sure Headphones are able to give you 7.1 sound, while in-ears are just stereo.

yea I have the limited edition lime green studio beats

I was actually going to get them, but when I went to America in April, an Urban Outfitters store had a sale on WeSC headphones, which are the ones that the DJ Steve Aoki uses, so I got them instead. I don't know if they are as good, but they are considered to be similar.

I've had a pair of Studios for over 2 years and I love them. They still work the same as when I bought them. Yeah, they have fallen apart some (the headband cracked) but that's because of my poor care with them. The sound is clear and the bass is great. Once they finally stop working I'll definitely be buying another pair.

Those are definitely fake.

I wouldn't order Beats anywhere besides Apple, Bestbuy or Monster. Even if you do have to pay the full price for them, you DON'T want to be stuck with fakes even if you are saving money. The build quality isn't as good and the sound is probably not as good too.

They are amazing. It's not completely noise canceling like Bose, but it enhances the bass beats which I love! We Found Love sounds AMAZING on them...not to promote Rihanna or anything

I got the Studios.

I have the Solo HDs. I love em. The only thing is if you wear them for a long time it kinda hurts your ears. Its worth it though. You'll just never look back.

WFL really does sound great on them!! I got the blue studios for Christmas I love them!! Oh and TEOG on them is ****ing heaven!!

Solos are **** though They can't fit my ears
Spend the extra money and buy the studios.

NI**AS IN PARIS sounds like the epitome of heaven on earth with them on!

I just bought the Solos maybe 4 months ago. They are definitely worth the money. They definitely work best with lossless audio as well.

I also have the first version of the Hearbeats, and the audio was amazing as well, they just didn't stay in my ears.


If you do buy them though, make sure you get them from a reputable retailer. There's a lot of fakes out there.

Honestly, I have the same problem with most but I never had a problem with Beats not fitting. That's what I miss the most!
