Remeber last year when I was trying to get fit, well I lost 30 pounds, dropping from 170-140. I'm 15 and I really wanna build those abbs now.
Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look here, there are also animations (I know it's in Italian but it's easy to understand):
Squats if you can do those would be helpful, cardio etc. Having a good diet is necessary too, because abs show when you have a low body fat percentage, and watching what you eat will definately help there.
You only need to do crunches and their variations, really. If you want it all to show, you typically need to drop below at least fifteen percent body fat.
