After 12 years in the music business, Britney Spears is still considered America's sweetheart. Britney Spears is like the Jennifer Aniston of the music business, while Christina Aguilera is the Angelina Jolie.

Britney's most musically experimental album ITZ sounds exactly like her debut as well as Blackout. It's too bad she's shown no growth as an artist.

Britney really does need to step it up though. I do think she'll last longer than xtina, but she's walking on thin ice, i don't think she'll FLOP next era since i just could never see her being that irrelevant, but she needs to actually take control of the next album era. Record what SHE wants to record and she also needs to step it up performance wise. (although she's gradually getting better IMO). She wants people to come see her on tour but she doesn't want to put in the effort to make great performances that'll interest people in doing so because according to her 'she has nothing to prove.'

Please. More celebrities have praised britney (you want a list?) than her while lots of others have simply dissed her, and britney's albums got MUCH better reviews than xtina's. Even the so called 'masterpiece' stripped didn't pass 60 on metacritic.
