Winehouse wrote (and produced?) better music than GaGa. Winehouse voice have an amazing tone.

They're both very talented, but Amy has this effortless way of singing so well (even when she's plastered).

Both are very talented but I'm gonna go with Amy because, even Gaga having great songs, they don't hold a candle to the songs Amy wrote for Back To Black.

I hope you guys know that Amy was also a songwriter, and not just a singer.

Artistically? Winehouse without question.

From a technical standpoint? Gaga is a much better singer than her music shows, and she's also a pretty damn good pianist, IMO. I'd say that's where I would rank them equally.
