They said Beyonce was "appearing" as well on the VMA promo picture and it turns out she's performing. I have hope Britney will perform but even if she doesn't I'll have the tribute to look forward to. Also I find it odd that Katy would only "attend" as well. Everyone knows how her label is about promo and if she goes I can't see how they won't have her perform considering this year was a massive one for her.
