Well, usually they want the big nominees, especially from VOTY, to perform. That's certainly why they have Adele and Bruno Mars. It makes no sense that Katy Perry wasn't invited as well (unless she turned them down).

Well I wound be surpised if Katy is getting a lazy ass and turned it down. That would explain the lack of promotion for LFN and this. I think Katy is getting sick of promoting her ass off. I remember she used to complain about how hard her label is pushing her.
