That woman was an uppity bitch, yes, but even if she was cursing (which we didn't hear in the video), why would that be grounds for kicking her off? It's public transportation. To me, it appears that conductor was on some sort of power trip and just didn't like the woman.
Also: For what reason was she fired from her firm? Because of this?? That sounds pretty damn fishy to me.

At around 0:11 you can even hear someone on the train shouting at her "...your loud and you're..." (inaudible). And the lady who was sitting next to her got up and left as well. It seems pretty clear from the video she was causing a commotion. The original video posted (and later removed) by the person who recorded it said in the description she was in fact using profanity and was very loud, hence why the conductor asked her to keep it down. The conductor seemed very polite to me and I commend her for keeping her calm while the "well educated" lady was running her mouth.
And the original video went viral before it was taken down, so the lady actually contacted a crisis management lawyer or something and was apparently fired from her job (though it's not clear whether it was from this incident).
