I'm 15 years old, 150 lbs, I've been working out for a few months and I'm finally starting to show signs of abbs. One problem, I have one "moob" that's much larger than the other and I don't feel comfortable taking off my shirt right now. How do I get rid of my moobs completly?
I would suggest(if you aren't already) mixing in some intense cardio. Jumping rope, jogging, step climbing and or running in place. This is to bur fat over you whole body, but if you want to make the extra weight on your chest area turn into muscle I suggest that above me(pushups etc.).

When I wake up/before I go to bed I do situps, pushups legraises& plank. Three times a week I go on the excersise bike for half hour, & 3 days a week I lift dumbels. Sunday is my day off. Jogging has wrecked my feet. Oh & I do karate for hour & a half 3 days a week.

I think you just have to give it some more time, I suggest the same thing I said above
Look at this http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ChestWt.html Should help you see more ways to work out your chest etc. Most important thing is keeping up with everything, and push yourself a little more each week.
Thankyou. & yes I increase everything ech week. 2 months ago I was doin 50 situps/50 leg raises 30 second plank, now I'm doing 400, 400 & 3 and a half minutes. That's every morning & every night. & now I've added pushups (arms spread FAR apart, into the mix)
And I hate to be that guy, but severely limit fried food, sweets, and soda intake. Those are not only terrible for you, they also won't help you realize your fitness goals.
Cardio, push-ups (you know your limit), don't eat fast food / eat smaller portions, and also stay away from soft drinks as much as possible. water and tea and juice and skim milk are all fine and are what I drink (haven't had a soft drink in a year and a half, other than when i've had jack and coke )
I would just say give it time, I mean from what I have seen in your comment. Your workout is pretty great. You are very active. But don't not eat, eat 3 meals a day breakfast, lunch, dinner. and snacks inbetween. Eat a bit healthier. Not saying drop that whopper lol no have it from time to time. But you know, you'll be fine, you're like 15 right? I would believe you are in good shape
