Erm... Gaga has killed or been killed in almost all her videos.

Rihanna's video was done tastefully. The gun shot wasn't graphic at all. Nothing was shown, it was simply hinted at & open for interpretation. But I think they're overlooking the video & the songs overiding statement of inner conflict & personal struggle. It's more a statement of her mindset than about the condoning of murder.

What did they expect with lyrics like "Rom Pa Pom I just shot a man down" though? Sorry, but what dumbass kids are you raising that aren't able to differentiate fact from fiction & make informed decisions about what is right & wrong, what to emulate & what to avoid?

In terms of the video being banned? I'm not. If the S&M video wasn't banned it would of easily went #1 in the UK & possibly #1 in the US without the remix + it's sales would of been better.

Controversy sells a lot of the time, but too much is not that good.
