I think Miley's followup probably will end up flopping. Miley just did ****ty things and apparently dubbed as a main pop girl. But not Ariana/Meghan who have followed up their successful albums with moderately successful eras.

If by main pop girl you mean at the level of Rihanna, Katy, Taylor, etc. I'd say Miley is not even there yet but unlike Ariana and Meghan, Miley has been in the industry for like a decade, which could help her.

Yeah + Hannah Montana was a huge success for her, I don't even think her next album will flop too badly, The Voice will help with her image and she'll return with a good lead.

Bangerz came out in 2013. Not only does Party In The USA, which you failed to include, have more longevity than all of Ariana's hits combined, but it came out long before any of the songs you listed. Songs get forgotten as the years pass, that's how time works, but the ****** quick singles you listed will be forgotten long before Miley's decade spanning career

Tbh I don't really consider Hannah Montana part of Miley's pop career, but even if it is she's still not on the level of Taylor, Rih, Bey, etc. and I think the success of Miley's next era is...uncertain to say the least. I mean, Miley got herself a successful era with Bangerz through controversy, but the GP seems to be over that, and before Miley was that "controversial" the Can't Be Tamed era flopped.
