I quit my first job because I felt stuck. I quit my second job because I didn't feel comfortable there. I quit my third job because I found another job with better pay and better hours. Never got fired tho.

I quit my first job.. Because it's was six flags and it was hell.
I got fired from Dunkin Donuts because my coworker ****ed me over and my manager was a bitch. I requested 3 days off because I was going on vacation for the weekend and my manager had no problem with it. Then when I'm already on vacation the bitch scheduled me for work. So then I ask my coworker to cover my shift he says yes. Then Monday I come to work and I see my name isn't on the schedule because Mike who was suppose to cover my shift didn't show up and somehow it was my fault.
It was alright because, the manager of the gas station that dunkin was in hired me as a cashier. Every time I saw Dunkin was struggling or super busy I would just ignore them.

That's ****ed. How was this at all your fault if you worked out the vaca time with your boss?

Let me tell you guys something, most jobs in retail are evil and managers think they can treat you like crap. No, I have not been fired, but I have quit some jobs. Inconsistent hours, lousy team/staff, sometimes horrible costumers, etc. Let's hope my college degree gets me OUT of retail.

I quit my first job just two weeks after I started. My boss was TRASH. An absolute swine. She would insult me everytime I asked a question, and let me do everything myself. Of course I didn't know what to do, so she would see another opportunity to drag me, tell me I'm stupid, and that if I did things we would never get work done.
Stfu bitch, I'm just 17 and an intern. Don't expect me to know it all and do your job.
My sister called her up and scalped every hair follicle from her head though. She was shook. Never heard from her afterwards.

I was thinking of hiring a hacker to delete all her emails and ruin her life, but I guess that'll do.
Easier said than done though, but once I finish my study I know damn well I'll send her multiple copies of my certificate.

yeah, retail is awful. I worked @ Target for a couple of years & the management at my store was disgusting.

I quit a job a few weeks ago
I started working in a shoestore and just got a diagnose of underactive thyroid and the pills I have for it were not right diagnosed, so I was feeling tired all day and sweat so much, my boss really didn't cared about my health circumstances. I turned in a trainwreck and I needed time to deal with my health changes and they didn't gave me the chance to do that there. So I quit, sadly enough. Now enjoying a few weeks off, then go on a holiday and try to find a new job. I have different amount of pills now daily, so I feel much better now

I never been fired but I quit some jobs like 3 times, mostly because the managers-owners weren't honest about what the real job was, there are a lot of "bosses" who think that they can take advantage from people only because there is crisis and make people do what they want with a minimun salary and extra hours for free, but they got the wrong person with me so I immediately quit when I saw that things were not clear and sadly it's very common where I live.

I've only quit 2 jobs and never been fired.

I was 18 and worked in topshop for about 3 months. One day i had this obnoxious woman screaming at me that i wasn't packing her stuff fast enough & that she was going to miss her train, i apologised and said I'm going as fast as i can & continued packing. One of the items came up at the wrong price, told her i had to get the manager & she started swearing at me and said i was hopeless so i pushed all her stuff on the floor and said if I'm that hopeless, do it yourself & walked out. Never went back.

Second time;

i worked in a snooker bar for 6 years & it was my favourite job until we got a new manager. She kept making racist remarks about black and asian customers and thought she was safe saying it to me because I'm "white". Joke is, I'm mixed race but it isn't obvious. She kept making the comments and even flirted with me not knowing I'm a gay mixed race man. I gave my notice and on my last day i put her on blast in front of all the staff and customers. I regret not reporting her because i loved that job.

I worked at an inbound call center last summer. It was for a cable company. We had two weeks of paid training then we were taking calls. It's was horrible the managers were mean, the callers were so rude, and I wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom if it wasn't part of my scheduled break. We had no breaks in between calls they just came in one after the other. I took calls for a week got up one day walked to the HR department handed them my badge and headset and told them I quit. It felt amazing. They have a huge amount of turnover. I will never work in a call center again if I can help it

Not exactly fired, it was an manpower/outsourcing company and they had no more projects for me to work for.

I was at a brand new job for two weeks after having 0 experience in paid employment and they fired me because I wasn't learning fast enough. They knew I would need more time to get my head around things but ofc it's my fault somehow
