We await France because frankly their attack is in need of discussion first. I think François has declared a crisis meeting.
Next is the EU which will cover both France and to a lesser extent, Turkey. Finally, NATO and The UN.
Most if not all world leaders are deeply concerned. I'd expect interventions to prevent another occurrence, much like post-Brexit the country is divided and it's an even more dire situation given that ISIL is on their border, they're the world's leading Muslim country (as far as stance/views in the western world), etc.
This is a warning sign, if they already weren't given enough.. something needs to be done today, not tomorrow..

Islam is the main reason all of this is happening, the people who support Erdogan are ignorant bigots who'd do anything in name of him or religion. Sorry but nothing good comes out of Islam, its just poison. Turkey is one of the better ones still, just check rest of middle east. You need to educate yourself, you sound ignorant.
