PROS
-their already mature and don't play around like most guys do
-if you find the right one, they age gracefully
-they understand your emotions alot more since they know what it's like to be at the stage someone is in his/her life
-they already have their life together (hopefully)
-their ready to have a actual legit relationship (some of them)
CONS
-they can be just as childish as younger guys/guys your age
-since their so successful, all they could want is to hook-up
-they'll use the 'im older than you so im obviously more wiser' excuse whenever y'all get into fights/arguments
-they'll think they know the best for you when they might not
-there could be a miscommunication since they might now be into alot of the things your into
-they can use you easily & manipulate you into thinking certain ways

all together, there's pros & cons to every guy, no matter the age. it's about finding the one that truly suits you as a partner and having a good connection with them honestly.
