My ex was like 7 years older than me (I was 19) and the pros were that he was very mature and focused on what he wanted out of life and had a lot more experiences than I had. He was also financially stable, had his own place, was able to travel a lot and do things most teen guys probably couldnt and he was very educated. The only con was he was ready to start a family and get married but I was only 19 so I was nowhere near ready or willing for that yet.
