Actually, that leads me to question what you consider cheating. Some consider it cheating to even think about another person while others, like me, think it's cheating only if you actually do something with that person and your partner does not even know about it. I think it's best when both can discuss who they are attracted to, while still having something more for each other and actually remaining loyal.
If you go by the former definition, I do think everyone cheats, but if you go by the latter view, then I think there are a fairly good amount of people who can control themselves. You just are more likely to see someone cheating than one being faithful because it stands out more.
