There would be and it's called being raised good and common sense. The way religion was used to brainwash masses etc. outweighs its intentions. People would have ended up finding their moral compass sooner or later. No one needed a book for that.
Anyway as I said, it should have been left where it belongs, in the old times. Christianity survived by mostly changing itself to accommodate the modern times (even though it's not perfect) but Islam failed at that.
Do we use anything from that era? Clothes, houses, anything? Nope, everything is completely changed. Why people are still using a book from thousands of years ago to define and shape their life is beyond me.
If there is a God, he needs give us a new version. Update it ffs! (And I'm saying all this even though I believe that religion books were created by random guys to become a leader of masses and live happily after that.)
