Listen. It's a phone. It was cute when all these new ideas were coming out. But people shouldn't expect yearly features that are "amazing" or "innovative". It's smart of them to offer a smaller size phone because there are a lot of females whose hands can't operate a 6 easily. The only thing I don't like about it is that app developers now have yet another screen size to deal with. If they support the 4s and beyond that's 3.5", 4", 4.7", 5.5", 7.9" and whatever the iPad and iPad Pro screen sizes are.
But, my mother is happy about this because she likes the size of her 5c and the cost is also appealing to her. Sounds like a good idea
No? They weren't trying to be innovative? They're catering to the people that are still stuck in the 4" mindset lmao. This is no different than them continuing to sell the 5s, in fact it's better since they're giving it newer parts.
but its nice that people with small hands or people who prefer smaller phones can have the same good phones with the advanced settings in a smaller phone!
It's not so much running out of ideas, people were complaining that the 6/6S were too big so Apple made a smaller phone. I'm sure that 7 is going to be a great phone.
Well I think it's a smart idea. A lot iPhone 5 & 5s users didn't like the iPhone 6 model or didn't like the bigger screen so they didn't upgrade to 6..The characteristics weren't a big change either way so it was ok. Apple is pretty obvious that they will stick with this model of phones like the 6 & 6 plus so they're making extra money as they're delivering a model that a lot of people didn't change with characteristics similar to what they re delivering today. So its not running out of ideas cause they're making buyers that didn't gave them money for 2 years to come back
