Philly obviously. Rent is like $800 for a one bedroom and it's $5 - $12 to get to NYC. The restaurants are superior to NYC in quality and price. The only thing it's lacking is nightlife. But again its cheaper to get to Philly to NYC than to catch a cab from Harlem to downtown Manhattan.

philly is a drab lil industrial city made slightly cuter by it's historical landmarks. nyc is the center of culture in america.

I went to Philly and I loved it. The historical landmarks were beautiful and the streets were bustling. I'd completely forgotten how important Philly was in the course of this country before I went and basically equated it to Pittsburgh.

Philly is cute but boring.

I moved away for a few years to VA and it had a better atmosphere in terms of people. But Philly has plenty to do and has lots of history.

Personally it's not my ideal place to live for the rest of my life.
