What are some meals you've recently cut out of your diet?

For me it's bacon. No longer eat it

Literally everything lol

I only eat grilled chicken breast
Frozen/fresh fruits and veggies
Salad with no dressing
Peanut butter

For the past two weeks and it's the pits but my body is already WIT it after only that long so it worth it ig

None. There's no reason for me to cut anything out

use hot sauce and olive oil

Cereal
Mayonnaise
Salad dressing

I'm getting rid of it all slowly though. I'm replacing it with more fruit and vegetable based dressings and spreads.

EDIT: And pork too. I'm trying to go Kosher. It's not working out that well.

Pork all together; I may have a piece of bacon every now and then but that's it.

bread and pasta. i've cut desserts to the occasional one... i lost 5 kg in a month, i'm 58 kg now

I just bought 4 lbs. of bacon

I gave up white four recently.

The only reason I don't eat certain foods is because they're too expensive (eating out etc) I have a metabolism for the gods

i cut back on sugar (only junk on it on special occasions)

i couldn't give up any type of food too hard

I signed a pledge at school to stop eating meat on Mondays after this girl gave me a dollar for watching an animal abuse video. I changed it to one random day of the week instead of only Monday.

So far i'm still a fat hoe, but i'm hoping this will help me lose weight and save animals lives

Recently started eating clean again so like everything

All I am eating now is basically:

Fish/Chicken
Rice
Eggs
Fruits/Veggies
Yogurt
Some Soups

I usually only have 2 meals a day. So for breakfast and lunch I usually eat small stuff like scrambled eggs or a banana or something.

But peanut butter w/ bananas or apples is one of the few things I look forward to eating now... I forgot I've been eating pasta with lite sauce too but the fact that I can't use too much sauce pisses me off so I've been kind of avoiding ha.

I yam not a fan of spicy so hot sauce is a no go. I'll try olive oil, how about FF Italian tho is that too bad??
