Each were good for their respective periods of time; Obama's strengths would not have worked in Clinton's era, and his weaknesses in terms of compromise and bipartisanship would have been exposed. Vice versa for Clinton.
Clinton BUT Obama's presidency could have been legendary if republicans didn't block every move he made harming most americans for the past 8 years. people are legit sick and dying because of the things republicans are doing in Washington right now
Given what Obama had to come in fix , 8 years of BS and a terrible economy, I'm going to say him. Bill was great. They both were socially aware for their times. Bill, being hip, playing the saxophone with kids n such and Obama just being cool as hell. I really wish they could just round robin the Presidency for the next...forever.
