Obama. I didn't know much about politics when Clinton was in office.

Obama. Clinton is overrated. Yea, he is charismatic and seems genuine, but he was one of the most conservative democrats we have had.

Bill didn't actually DO much. The US economy was blossoming at that time.

1) He gave us Don't Ask Don't Tell and DOMA
2) Failed to set up universal healthcare
3) ****ed up sentencing in the criminal justice system
And most importantly 4) Allowed Al Qaeda to grow into a huge threat that couldn't be contained
5) ****ed a college kid

He probably could have accomplishment a lot more if the Dems had managed to hold on to the Senate.

Hard to compare....Obama has dealt with much more resistance from the Republicans in Congress. Both Mitch McConnell and John Boehner literally said that their goal was to make him a 'one term President' after he was elected in 2008. He spent the better part of his 1st term repeatedly trying to extend an olive branch to the Republicans much to his own dismay. The Republicans hated Bill too but Newt Gingrich and the Republican Congress still WANTED to get things done. The Economy thrived under Clinton's Presidency but he didn't have to dig us out of the worst economic whole our Country had been in since the great depression. Obama has been able to get the economy back to recovery with slow but steady growth. Both were/are very good Presidents and both were/are better than there predesessors

Easily Bill economically but Obama beats him out in everything else. But when Obama leaves office I doubt he'd have as high of a presidential rating as Bill had when leaving office
