Considering that the only cool girls right now are Beyonce and Rihanna (they are black which automatically makes them cool among urban audience and etc.) and Taylor Swift because she's like a slave-owner of all of those 'kewl' instagram-models, I don't think so

In fact, the only reason Madonna is still kind of relevant is cuz most people "don't like her" yet they still care enough to check what she does.

Cher is more likable than Madonna, but she isn't really as big (she is a legend tho).

Rihanna, Beyonce, Katy, Taylor - none of them is cool to like.
