No. Gaga is synonymous with gay, and people have a problem with that. ALSO, she is seen as "yesterdays news" and has this hasbeen like aura around her. No shade, just tea that's why people don't like her anymore or admit they do.

Id rather her be not as liked and stay true to herself as opposed to the more popular notion of toning it down and becoming basic so it's easier for the gp to swallow you.
And when an artist is as good at what they do, and are born with the kind of talent Gaga has; it really doesn't matter what a derelict sitting on a moist sofa eating mac and cheese out of the box thinks of her.

She was interesting, unfamiliar, weird, intriguing, entertaining, and she made good music. That's why people were interested in her from the get-go.
