I'm still using my 2010 MacBook Pro. Swapped out the hard drive for an SSD and now it's fast again.

My Mid 2015 15" slays. I'm in love with it, it's my baby.

My early 2015 13" slays as well. I'm also in love with it. It's my bae.

My 2015 $1000 laptop has better specs than all of these Literally what's the point?

These Macbooks are trash. Even the Macbook air is faster than these. They're a gimmick sis. Invest in Macbook Pro, it'll last much longer.

Still using my 2008 Aluminium MacBook, with an SSD. Runs like a dream AND has removable battery.
And still looks like a Mac that could be sold this year. Slay.

I still use my 2011 Macbook Pro. I was thinking of selling it for like $100 or something and buy a new one.

Why buy something refurbished for similar to price to brand new?

Still on Mavericks because I'm not so keen on the new look OSX.

Haha, I also have a 17" MBP and a 13" Unibody white MacBook. But I treat the 13" 2008 as my main.
I'm using the white one now though haha.

Only $200 off of retail value? That's not a big enough difference (to me, anyway) to not go for a new one.

The new MacBooks are trash... Don't waste your money on one when the MB Pro is only 200-300 dollars more and MILES better, hell, even the Air is better tbh

I put an SSD and 8GB of RAM into and it flew. Faster than some computers I've used from this year, but it was starting to show it's age after 8 years, so I wanted to upgrade.
