This is why MLs are overrated, obviously with Ds position she is able to have artistic freedom unlike most other artists she obviously has an ear for hits, all of this hard work will get her far in the end

I feel like she just needs a Victoria Secret Show music feature to just blow up. She knows how to utilize hot beats that most people would only expect a rapper to truly body. She reminds me of Beyoncé in that sense. (While Bey does the rhythmic singing, Dawn has amazing intonation and phrasing no matter the tempo. )

Btw can we talk about this LIT Station/Soundcloud? I want both her and Azealia to go to Rhythm Nation Records. Both are heirs to Janet in different ways.

Does RNR even manage any other artists though? I thought it was just what Janet named the label she attached to Unbreakable for promotional purposes. I mean I'm sure it has a small staff, but I don't think anyone is actually signed to it.

Dawn should be the first. All she really needs is a radio promo person who could also send her tracks to the club/Rhythmic radio and another person to book events. (TV, concerts, and Fashion)

Azealia is the same way. Both make STACKS off of touring and create their own videos, so if they need accountants that would probably be the third and last person they need.

Janet could open up a limited-liability boutique label.

Maybe, but I wouldn't count on it. Dawn might work, but Azealia always ends up fighting with whoever she works with so maybe keep her away.

I don't see RNR handling other artists anytime soon.
