i agree to an extent,
BUT.....
it was her label that pushed the release date back allowing the hype of her return to music to completely vanish into thin air. when a major artist returns, theres only
ONE chance to capitalize on that initial angst people will have becuase it was created due to years of absence. her label thought they could recreate the hype by releasing a different "fist single" and pushing the album back over a month. but they are wrong
was she-wolf the best first single??? i NEVER thought so.... BUT it was good enough to allow the album to release as scheduled. NOW, the anticipation is absent and she's competing with rihanna and gaga. so in essence,
this IS her labels fault
