Because they want something from you about a certain subject. Like, how about ****ing no? I didn't wake up early every morning to attend a certain class for those ****ers to have my notes.
I just blocked this **** that kept calling me on my phone when I even lied about my notes being incomplete.

I understand but I never think like this. i mean i would even give my notes to someone I've never seen and excuse myself if there are mistakes . But yeah if he comes and write nothing
I hate when people ask me for notes or help before a test as well. I'll gladly discuss school matters with you but not when it's blatantly obvious you're just talking to me because the test is soon and you haven't studied

I actually get your point. There's nothing wrong with helping a couple of times. If that person is a friend, maybe help more than just a couple of times. But if they have 0 determination and it's blatantly clear that they don't care and will never be able or willing to return the favor and help you back... then there's no use helping anymore.
