Exactly, there are people out there commiting worse crimes, yet a man who is in his home, probably just woke up, is being arrested for being naked, in his own home? Well it is a crime to walk around public nude. The only funny thing, well not funny, is he was in his home. He should have had his curtains pulled down if he was going to leave his room naked. But this story just seems so fishy. Because the most you can get for being nude in public is just a fine, no jail sentence (unless you can't pay it I suppose...idk).

Maybe he should have lied and said he was naked for a good cause
