LOL you guys are missing the fact that he had his curtains open and he was flaunting his nudity for the world to see. It's not a matter of not being able to be naked in his own home...
I don't think he should have been arrested, though. Whoever saw him should have laughed and kept walking. Prudes.
well i know people that like " accidentally " giving people a peepshow so MAYBE he isn't exactly justified .
the mother and her son may have been walking on the edge of his lawn by the road and if he left his curtains open for people to see they might be onto something
