With PSP emulation, the differences arent as massive. Just slightly crisper edges and higher FPS.

Should Nintendo maybe bumped up the hardware, or maybe made the DS XL HD since the screen was bigger? Thoughts? I actually think Nintendo maybe could have stolen a lot of the PSP's market tbh.

This is frustrating because it would stop 3D DS games being almost unplayable these days.

Nintendo systems have always had **** graphics. Its the sales from their classic games like mario pokemon and zelda that keep them from totally flopping

Back in the day the DS graphics looked good to me.

PSP and Vita were done so wrong, such fine pieces of hardware but it's hard to compete with N's exclusives

Why mention gameplay when its not like Nintendo would have removed aspects by increasing hardware. The original DS maybe have been $100 cheaper, but the 3DS was the same price, and on average, the games are way more expensive than PSP or Vita games because they don't devalue. So you have to pay full price no matter what. Sony would sell games that went "Platinum" for $20. Nintendo keep popular games at full price.

PSP had a good line up, Vita flopped because it's line up sucked and still sucks
