Reduce your sugar. People focus on low-fat, but forget sugar turns to fat. Remember 4grams of sugar is approximately 1tspn of sugar.
Never drink full-sugar soft drinks, just don't do it.

Only worthwhile if you're overweight and trying to lose weight, not for maintaining good health. Plus time consuming and annoying.

Another bad tip. Eat fruit, which contains all the goodness and vitamins - "nature's dessert." Juice is simply fruit that has been stripped of most of its vitamins, nutrients and fibre and all that's left is the sugar.
