Who has the strongest work ethic in the business out of these 3?
Who is the one that is constantly working and trying to succeed and do everything they can do?

Lady Gaga, I mean just one example would be to look at her vocal evolution.

Beyoncé doesn't work at all. She just lets people write for her and reuses the same sets at all her performances.
And with a voice like Taylor's, she's obviously not putting in any type of work to sound better.

Who does then? This woman writes all her songs, produces, can sing for filth and is only getting better, directs, intense choreography even though she isn't a dancer, plus her fashion, the haus, BTW foundation, and this is now after working for like 8 years to get her big break.

This has nothing to do with talent though. This is work ethic - person that tours, makes videos, releases singles, and a million other things while still pleasing fans

They all have way better work ethic than us, I say as I type from my work computer and procrastinate.
