Taylor. Great combination of talent and hard work. Songwriting is top notch and she really goes for success and gets it.

Beyoncé executes things very well when she wants to. She didn't really promote "Beyoncé" as much as she could have, but when she gets on stage she does it excellently.

Gaga has a high work ethic, but the quality has dipped. I don't think she puts her energy in the right place, especially when she started acting like her Pop music was some special art. It was much better when she just wrote great songs.

She also dances her a*s off and puts on a great show in her tours.You can watch the videos from her new tour if you want to.Not to mention she plays the guitar.She also writes and composes every song on her albums.She did the same with Rebel Heart.And the album got pretty good reviews.
