When the Vanity Fair cover was released it was all 'QUEEN CAITLYN' and tons of other love and support for her but now she has been getting a lot of hate even from the LGBT community that is honestly unwarranted.
Some are angry with the things that she says, such as the fact that she is openly republican and admitted to once oppposing gay marriage. Why she is not entitled to her own political views? Expecting LGBT people to be liberal is taking away the individualism of them. Yes she is privileged and can be very unaware of issues that a good majority transgender people go through, such as being homeless or racism, so why do some expect her to speak on issues that she obviously cannot relate to? What made her the sole representation of all trans people? I don't think that she wants that responsibility and even watching her show you could see that she is willing to learn and understand fellow trans woman's life struggles.
