Those passionate about social issues, especially now with social media, often take a you agree with me on everything or nothing approach. Caitlyn has fallen out of favor by now with those people.

The majority of the gay community are trend/fad chasers so they're simply moving onto the next overexposed fad.

Gay republicans are hypocritical traitors. Are we supposed to love Benedict Arnold too?

I'm not bothered if she doesn't take steps to educate people on LGBT issues. It's her own choice.

I don't like her because she's essentially homophobic.

I like that she is creating transgender awareness but I disagree with her in everything else.

She's the most famous trans woman, of course she has the responsibility to speak out on LGBT issues and advocate for acceptance & tolerance.

She put it upon herself with the Vanity Fair cover, 20/20 and I Am Cait series.

She basically demeaned the issue of gay marriage to being about terminology and implied that she really doesn't care about what their issues are at all since they no longer affect her.

It's not her job to lead the SJWs She is under absolutely no obligation to do anything yall expect her to, leave her alone

Caitlyn is the one booking interview upon interview upon interview to talk about being a transwoman and LGBT issues. She isn't obligated to talk about this stuff, and if she wanted to just quietly live her life, I'd support her, but when she books shows and interviews to talk about this stuff.... I expect her to actually use her platform to encourage positivity, or at least not to demean issues faced by groups she's not a part of.

This isn't like a Taylor Swift thing where she's doing interviews to sell albums and people are complaining that she's not bringing up the totally unrelated matter of white privilege.

She has all the right to be a "very conservative" Republican who is barely on board for gay marriage and doesn't care when people appropriate transsexuality as a Halloween costume. We also have the right to despise her views, call her a traitor and spread awareness about her obvious hypocrisy, you can't have things one way only.

I never really care for her. She's a great help to trans though.
