I disagree that those are her only or even some of her better emotive displays. You just named a group of songs that appeal to your emotions and what you feel; however, I can't say it's "wrong" because emotive assessment is 100% subjective. There's no way to qualify or objectify it which is why it's the number one go to used to negatively criticize a technically sound vocalist; either that or people go for tone.

The subjective aspects are the only thing that there is so they will pound away at that.
But as far as Bey's emotive delivery, she runs the spectrum of emotions very well -- she bottles sheer bliss in songs like Love On Top; rage in Ring The Alarm; hurt in Resentment; playfulness in Countdown; bitterness and guilt in Jealous; smugness in Irreplaceable and ***Flawless -- gonna stop here, but she delivers on various types of emotions and quite effectively IMO, yet the next person can just say, "eh, I didn't feel it

" and neither one of us would be wrong.
