Well having been a sklnny dude all my life, I think its true. People are so obsessed with the other end of the weight judgement spectrum (obviously plus size). Which is not invalid. But to be waif-ish, especially as a guy, you get an immense amount of judgement thrown your way. Literally all throughout junior high and high school I was constantly bombarded with questions about my body as to why I was that skinny, assumptions that I had an eating disorder because I couldn't possibly be naturally that thin, people shoving food in my face demanding that I eat as if assuming that i must not, etc etc. Theres this notion that since its better to be thin than fat that being "skinny shamed" (I guess you could call it but such sjw terminology makes me cringe) does not exist in the same vein as people saying reverse racism doesnt exist. but in all actuality it does. especially these days what with the new wave of voluptuous women and beefy men coming back into fashion. If you're going to claim you're about body acceptance or whatever that should include people who are waifs. And those that do have eating disorders are often viewed with disdain which I find incredibly annoying.
She's completely right. If she's going through something, she doesn't need people insulting her. People dealing with weight struggles don't need people trash talking and name calling them for it, that could just make it worse.
Not to mention, some people are naturally super thin (Giuliana Rancic for example) and can't do anything about it, just like some people are naturally thicker. It's so incredibly cruel to make fun of someone for something they can't change, no matter what it is.
All of that said though, Cheryl has never been as thin as she is right now, so I really hope she's okay, and if not, I hope she gets better soon.
Losing a father-in-law? Who cares about that
Also skinny shaming is like one step away from reverse racism, it's barely a thing & who cares
Oh & it's def not always woman-on-woman, wtf

you're disgusting, and your thing saying white feminist and taylor swift as your pic, you do know taylor isn't actually a feminist right??
I totally feel her, but then again, she's been in the industry for SO long. She knows she puts herself into the spotlight every single time she is on that red carpet for The XFactor and that she is going to be analyzed from head to toe there. She shouldnt act as if that was news. Its part of the job unfortunately and the truth is, this is NEVER going to happen.
