Yes, it's definitely not always woman-on-woman, but it clearly is MOST of the time.
I see women that aren't even dangerously thin being skinny-shamed. Most men like thin women, which is probably why they don't skinny-shame as much, but other women who want to promote an agenda of women being curvy don't like it when thin women are in the public spot-light and get praised for it, so they skinny-shame to balance things out.
It is unfortunate, due to a combination of genetics and environment, some women have it almost impossible to get thin, or at least very difficult. Some other women are thin really easily, they don't even have to try. It is unfair, but we don't need to demonise the women who happen to be lucky with staying thin. It needs to stop.
