This isn't great (_,,) it's just pretty good. Where are the Nobody Love's, Should've Been Us? It's all a little cheesy. It really is just pretty good so far. It'll probably grow on me.. hopefully.
OMG. I like nothing other than the 2 singles which are just ok and the old loved Dear No One. It sounds basic tbh.
Lmaoooo right? Nothing memorable except for Nobody Love. It's like one of those albums from the 90s or early 2000s where only the singles are good. Talk is pretty good though. I haven't gotten past Art of Letting You Go yet.

Almost every damn song is some variation of "look how real I am!" with cringeworthy lyrics and twee melodies
Except for the Max songs + "Should've Been Us" of course. Basically the less involved she is in a song and the less front and center the lyrics are, the more effective the song is.
Finally finished this. The issue is I had such high expectations for this. I thought it would be my favorite album of the year. it's like, not even in my top 5. California Lovers is such a let down. wtf? Some of it sounds very Disney Soundtrack-esque. Also we get it, you're genuine & really really real.
