Because Girls is still on HBO and 19 Kids and Counting is in danger of being canceled. And the Duggars' criticism is much larger than Dunham's was, which is especially sick considering that Dunham talked about what she did with her sister in a very flippant, unapologetic tone, while Josh Duggar has clearly shown remorse. It's exactly the same situation: young kids making stupid mistakes. The difference is that one has shown regret, yet he's the one the liberal-dominated media hates.

The Duggars, Palin, and Lena are all unbearable, annoying, and delusional, so that's my take on it.
