use sunblock everyday, spf 30 or higher and avoid the sun when you can. sun is one of the main factors in aging/saggy/ugly skin forget all those lotions and potions the most important thing is sunblock/sunscreen.
Drinking water doesn't really "fix" anything, but it definitely improves your complexion and is a must for overall health. For normal acne scarring, moisturize with rosehip seed oil. For dark scarring, use licorice extract to lighten the skin.

The sun is good for your skin tho. it helps it shimmer and radiant some tho...
Honestly a lot of people say it has to do with what you eat but even when I am eating healthy and exercising I still get acne. Neutrogena face wash tones it down but it is still there, I wish I had $$$ to afford a dermatologist (it is not horrible but it is noticeable). I guess it's just genetics but just clean excess oil and use face wash and stuff.

who told you those lies? the sun does so much damage to your skin. the only good thing it does is help us produce vitamin D but you only need like 15 minutes in the sun for that. Trust me the sun does major damage to your skin and if you don't protect yourself as a young adult you will see the results in your 30s and it isn't cute
1. Moisturize!!!
2. Wash your face twice a day
3. Don't touch your face, ever. Don't lean on it, don't scratch it. Don't go near any zits, it'll make it worse.
Coconut oil!!! Make sure it's organic and extra virgin. It will get rid of your acne, AND make your skin soft
Actually, coconut oil isn't good for most people's skin. It's highly comedogenic, meaning it clogs your pores thus facilitating the production of acne. Read more here: https://www.beneficialbotanicals.com...ic-rating.html

I have extremely dry and acne prone skin. I have tried everything from proactive to prescription acne medicine and nothing ever helps. I can't use any kind of lotion for my dry skin because literally anything that I put on my face, even lotion specially made for acne prone skin, will give me acne. Coconut oil is the one thing I have found that will always moisturize and take my acne away all in one go. I think it's amazing and life changing. It might not work for some people but if you're as desperate as I was and have nothing to lose, it might just be your miracle remedy.

Slay! Yeah my skin has never been better since going 100% natural. People get tricked into believing they need highly medicated products to fix their skin, when for most people that's totally untrue. Unless you have some sort of hormonal imbalance, a good diet and simple skin regimen will suffice.
