Try and drink a lot of green tea. I mean like 3 to 4 cups a day. I usually boil a whole heap then put it all in the fridge so the taste can be more enjoyable. It makes your skin really really clear, it makes your skin glow and its also healthy for your insides.
EDIT: Green tea is AMAZING for acne. It does wonders. It just fades away
For acne this is the only thing that has ever worked for me it has natural exfoliants, not those little plastic beads that pollute the oceans. It's not even that expensive either and can be found at your regular drugstore.
I used to not give a **** about my skin but due to a medication I've been taking my skin has been pretty dry lately. I just wash and use a facial moisturizer with vitamin E.
Simplicity is key. Putting too many products on your skin will make it worse (unless you have a condition that needs treatment)
1) At least 8 glasses of water a day. Always have a bottle of water with you.
2) Get 6-8 hours of sleep a night
3) Apply an oil free moisturizer with at least SPF 30 every morning
4) Wash your face every night with a soap free cleanser (Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is best)
Moisturize. Seriously. My acne majorly subsided once I stopped drying out my face constantly and switched to a more moisturizing routine.
Dont touch your face. Even putting your hand on your jawline can be bad
Dont go overboard with products.
The basics are really all you need:
- Cleanser
- Exfoliater (chemical exfoliation is definitely more recommended)
- Moisturizer
- Sunscreen (optional but recommended)
Tanning is absolutely awful for your skin, it will darken acne scars too.
Final tip, drink lots of water and at least make an attempt to avoid greasy foods. For me personally I use baby oil to initially wash my face and then go after with another cleanser (usually just something cheap) to get off the dirty oil. Works amazing for me

I've started working out and places where I sweat on my face I breakout (forehead, temples). Any solutions? I don't want either a hot body OR nice skin

I do this and can confirm that it works. I use half jojoba and halaf castor, let it sit on my face for 10 mins (tho sometimes I forget it's on and leave it there for an hour ) and remove it by soaking a washcloth in hot water and laying it on my face for like 10 seconds.
That ideology stems from a really old study that was done on rabbits which proved to not be the same for humans. Its OCM, the oils help clean out your pores, but you just have to make sure you get the oil off once your done or else you'll be leaving dirty oil on your face. Theres tons of other oils you can use, I only use baby oil (which is just mineral oil with fragrance) cause its cheap and easy to find
