This list means nothing. Gaga was #1 in 2013, and she didn't even make the official list afterwards; the only pop stars who did were Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, and Beyonce.
I think the fact that CL, someone who the majority of the general public will have never heard of and would not recognise, is leading this poll shows its validity. Nonetheless, well done to all involved I suppose.

The rest of the world doesn't know her, I only know her because of that one stan of hers in SYG.
She has released no solo music or anything, it was kind of a silly move to defend her.
