Do you guys not realize how stupid and xenophobic these comments are? There is a world outside the United States (west). Clearly CL has a pretty damn big fanbase if she's beating out the likes of Beyonce, Gaga, and Katy. Just because your fave's fanbase doesn't care to vote doesn't make the list "invalid".
P.S. 2NE1 have songs that have sold more in Korea alone than some our fave's have worldwide.
