The ruling party said they are certain the votes are there for a union law - they said they want to try before 2018.
Too bad Croatia didn't put the 50% voter limit before the referendum

Opinions may change in the coming years, but now you have to get people to actually vote too

Imagine having a reverse Slovakia where most Croats vote yes on marriage, but it's invalid because of tragic turnout

You could also use a 2/3 Parliamentary vote to take it out but I doubt the Government will be that supportive anytime soon
