Bummed that ausdaniel didn't make it, though. It was so easy to tell how much he cared about this game. Element too, of course.

This finale looks so hard. I didn't even get a finale the season I won.

I really hated the finale last season, like I felt like it was out of our hands to win the game. So I wanted to change that as much as possible this season.

Yeah, and then the 3 judges voted on their favorite. Apparently it was really close where 1 vote decided whether fefe or I would win
He deserved his win but I hated how I couldn't really do anything in that week to make me win. And I don't like just having 3 judges in the finale, so I tried to get as many opinions as possible.

Yeah I've loved this season and its unpredictable nature, last season I think that top 3 was pretty obvious outside of EatmeZayn quitting (I love you Scorpio but you only lowkey slayed that season).

I can't wait for next season just so I can have fun writing again. whenever I do it alone it has to have some bigger grand meaning or have some sort of plot

I think if this was the top 10 round I would've predicted Sam Jay, Truth Teller, and BlueM in the finale. Matty was a pleasantly surprising dark horse

Ok so I just want to thank you ALL

So it's been a hell of a ride and I'm really sad it's over. However I am so glad I finished 4th and got to compete with such solid, kind, talented and amazing songwriters. I wish you all the best in this final. I wanna say a few things to a few of you individually.


First and foremost, Gotskill
You believed in me when no one else did. I am so thankful to you for trying to nurture my abilities and give me confidence when I had none. You are genuinely a kind person and so suited to being a judge. All I can say is thank you.

Fefe
I know that you know what I didn't quite take a liking to your comments towards me in the beginning. I thought you were harsh and unfair. But I do realise that you have nothing against me, especially when you rated me well in Round 10. Sorry for my behavior, and thank you

When you're here, you were actually extremely helpful. I didn't think you liked me very much until I just read 5 minutes ago that you were bummed I didn't make it. I'm so glad you saw my determination and care for the game.

Truth Teller
Congrats on the constant slayage. You're so talented and you're going to do so well.

Sam Jay
You sir, deserve a medal. You could've easily quit after the fight with Gotskill, but you didn't, you came back and this week you aced. I am really proud of you. Do us Aussies proud. And thanks for being there last night when I was so down. You are truly a great friend.

You know what? I kinda want you to take it out. Why? Because you're the underdog, the way I felt during the entire competition. I want you to take it out to prove that the dark horse can do well. We can slay together next season
