Well, I was the one promoting Gaga and her Artpop as an underperformance but not a failure, while many would put her down. But since, the Monsters decided to try it with Rihanna for the past 2 days. One questions raises. IF Rated R is an immense flop, take the fact that the mod cleared the report of that thread , than what is ARTPOP?
